About the Session
In UCP Lahore’s main auditorium, opposite Shaukat Khanum Hospital, he spoke at a large Istiqbal-e-Ramadan gathering attended by many teachers and students. The same auditorium later hosted a large Milaad gathering with him as the speaker.
The session explored hope as a guiding light: the belief that better days are ahead, which keeps a person going through obstacles and setbacks.
Through stories of people who held on to hope against the odds, he encouraged students to build resilience and to see hope as an anchor that keeps them grounded and motivated.
He also connected hope with mental well-being, explaining how it eases stress and anxiety, and how it can be nurtured through gratitude, self-care and a supportive community.
